Cupavci

When the recipe for cupavce appeared in my village, it was a real attraction after all those "ordinary" old-fashioned and usual cakes (which I just perfect now). I remember an older woman (roughly I am in those years now, hehhee) who decided to make these cakes to take to someone for some festive occasion. She struggled a lot, probably while dipping them in chocolate, so she was late. her because you're late, and she answered like this "j ..... they're tearing me up" Many didn't know that it was a stake, so there was general laughter .... and the rest of the stutterer ... Here I am, whenever I make them, my smile starts. I don't know if it's a recipe from that time, I modified it a bit over time and now I'll write it that way. I used to have excess chocolate left, which I didn't like, and today, when rules for my daughter, it was just !! Well, now ... maybe I would have missed it a bit if I hadn't eaten a few pieces before dipping in chocolate .... So, fill it up or eat it a little or

Preparation steps

  • Turn the oven to 220 degrees. Grease the pan with oil and flour.
  • Whisk eggs with a mixer: First beat egg whites with sugar, add egg yolk, oil, milk. After adding flour and baking powder, stir the mass by hand.
  • Pour into a greased pan, bake for 15 minutes, reduce to 200 degrees, and for another ten minutes, approximately when the ends of the biscuits are slightly crumpled.
  • While the biscuit is baking, prepare the chocolate filling by placing all the ingredients in a bowl and heating gently to combine.
  • Still warm biscuit cut into cubes. Dip the cubes in hot chocolate, then roll in coconut flour.
  • Note: 19.02.2013. Today, at Sneža's request (she was looking for small and as many chocolates as possible), I made a 3-egg biscuit, baked it in the same pan, No. 36, square, cut it into small cubes, put 3-4 in the filling, so while I roll them all, they roll out. more "drink" chocolates:)) .... and to me now these cubes are much nicer, more attractive and more chocolatey ... the filling needs the same as it says in the ingredients .... And rolling in coconut can be simpler than the one with a fork there here or with your fingers:) ...... simply put the coconut in a saucer, place three cubes there and shake the saucer so that they roll ... in this way you get rounded edges, and the tuft is more attractive .... if that's it for you iole importantly :)
