White tufts

Some new tufts ... wrapped in white chocolate and almond flakes. They can be a worthy substitute for a cake so that they are stacked next to each other, and each one should be a stand for one birthday candle!

Preparation steps

  • Whisk the egg yolks and sugar.
  • Add oil, milk, flour mixed with baking powder and vanilla sugar.
  • Finally, stir in the egg whites. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured pan and bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
  • Cut the cooled biscuit into cubes.
  • Heat the milk and diced chocolate.
  • When it melts add the butter and bring to a boil.
  • Remove from the heat and add the pina colada.
  • Dip the biscuit in melted chocolate and roll in a mixture of coconut flour and almond flakes.

Serving

Serve well chilled.

Advice

If desired, you can also use a combination of white and dark chocolate to "wrap" the tufts.
