Cooked Zagorje štruklji with cheese
An old recipe for how my grandmother cooked strudels with cheese, my dad loved it as much as my family and I did.

Preparation steps
- From the flour and other ingredients for the dough, knead a softer dough, divide it into three noodles, cover with oil, cover with foil and leave for 30 minutes to soften. In the meantime, make a cheese filling. Roll out the dough and coat it with the filling, wrap it in strudel and cut out the strudels with a small plate. Cut a small head of red onion as finely as possible and fry it in a little oil. When cooked add 1 sour cream can and cooking cream. Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.
