- Sprinkle the drumsticks with and place in a deeper pan so that they are fried on all sides in oil. Turn them over and after 10 minutes add the peppers and zucchini cut into pieces, season and pour 3 dl of water. Simmer for about 45 minutes, add water if necessary. In a cup, mix the flour, chilli and a little water.
- When the drumsticks are done, take them out of the sauce and add the chilli flour to the sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring. Put the drumsticks back in the sauce and that’s it.
Serve with rice ... or some fine bread.
