Chicken breast cake
It's nice, it's not complicated, and it can stand :)
- Separate the skin and bones from the meat and cut into steaks (1 breast = 4 steaks), add salt, pepper (I add a little more lemon and mustard always to the chicken) and put in the fridge for an hour or two. Mix the other ingredients, and spread butter on the bottom and sides of the refractory dish (you can sprinkle with breadcrumbs or sesame seeds to taste). Do not form a crust, cool, invert, and serve. The picture shows a small amount of only 350g of meat, and about the same amount of cheese, ie two pieces of breast, and I did not put flour, it grows a lot more.
You can simply grind or chop the meat and mix everything to shorten the process. You can also use paper instead of lubricating the tray.
