Chard and leek risotto

Preparation steps

  • Cook the rice first. Then sauté the leeks sliced ​​into rings in a little olive oil. In a few minutes add the chard (I cut it into 3cm wide strips). Simmer for about 15 minutes and cover with a little water (it must not cover the vegetables). Add rice, salt, vegeta. Enjoy the delicious risotto :)
