Cauliflower (cauliflower) with mushrooms in bechamel sauce

Preparation steps

  • Wash the cauliflower, chop it into flowers and boil it briefly in salted water (about 3 minutes), not too much, cauliflower must not be completely cooked because it will later be baked in the sauce in the oven.
  • Fry the flour in two tablespoons of butter, add milk, stir and cook until everything is even. Add sliced ​​champignons, vegeta, pepper, beaten egg yolks, salt to taste, parmesan. Pour all this over the cauliflower that we put in a fireproof dish. I used 1 pack of mushrooms (here in Canada they pack 225 g each). You can also take more mushrooms, if desired.
  • Put in the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes.
