Cauliflower (cauliflower) with mushrooms in bechamel sauce
It is simple, tasty and quick to prepare. Enjoy this simple dish and serve it as a side dish or light meal. Pleasant!
- Wash the cauliflower, chop it into flowers and boil it briefly in salted water (about 3 minutes), not too much, cauliflower must not be completely cooked because it will later be baked in the sauce in the oven.
- Fry the flour in two tablespoons of butter, add milk, stir and cook until everything is even. Add sliced champignons, vegeta, pepper, beaten egg yolks, salt to taste, parmesan. Pour all this over the cauliflower that we put in a fireproof dish. I used 1 pack of mushrooms (here in Canada they pack 225 g each). You can also take more mushrooms, if desired.
- Put in the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes.
