Cake - salad "lilac"
a very fine salad that is cut like a cake!
- Boil the potatoes in salted water with the shell, then leave to cool. Peel a squash, grate it and divide it into 2 portions. Also grate the salami, cucumbers and cheese. on a larger plate, arrange the following layers: 1. Used grated potatoes 2. coat with 100 g sour cream 3. apply grated salami 4. coat with 100 g mayonnaise 5. apply grated cucumbers 6. coat with 100 g sour cream 7. apply the remaining potatoes 8. coat with 100 g of mayonnaise 9.apply grated cheese 10.coat with 100 g of mayonnaise
- Boil the eggs, peel and separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Grate the egg yolks on the small side of a grater and sprinkle over the surface of the "cake". Also grate the egg whites and cut in half into 2 portions. On the egg yolk, decorate with fresh parsley (or dill, basil, etc.). Put 1 tablespoon in one half of the egg whites. beet juice and stir well. Use a spoon to form white and purple "flowers"
