I made fritters with all kinds of vegetables, but it never occurred to me to make them with young cabbage ..... I came across the recipe while leafing through a small "Lisa" booklet "Homemade dishes for the whole family" ... and decided to try them ... Part cabbage in fritters, part in salad - with some meat, here's a nice lunch ...
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs, add the spices and finely grated cabbage. Stir. Finally, add the flour and combine into a thick mixture.
- Fry the fritters in oil until golden brown (or on 2 tablespoons of oil for 2-3 minutes on each side). Take them out on paper to absorb the excess fat.
- Serve with meat, salad ... Enjoy !!!
