This recipe is one of the few that, when baked, is not tough, but soft as a soul ... it can also be used as a dough for pizza and other raised scribbles :))
- Dissolve the yeast in 2-3 tablespoons of warm water, add a tablespoon of sugar and leave to stand for a while.
- Put flour, salt, oil, yeast and warm water in a bowl, and knead the dough and leave it to rise for half an hour. You can then stir it once more and let it rise once more, but it is not required.
- Do not roll out the dough with a roller (so that the dough does not fall off), but just cut the strips with a knife and make small buns, which we will stretch a little with our fingers.
- Bake in deep fat.
As I said, the dough is also ideal for pizza, rolls and mini roll pizzas.
