Preparation steps

  • Sift the flour into a bowl, make a hollow in the middle and grind the yeast and a spoonful of sugar and a little warmed lukewarm milk into it. Cover and let rise for 10 minutes.
  • In a bowl with the flour add the rest of the sugar, milk, melted margarine, eggs and vanilla sugar make well, leave for an hour covered to rise.
  • Preheat the oven to 180¨.
  • Place the baking paper on a baking sheet and shape the rabbit, chicken wreaths, decorate with raisins and almonds, let it rise a bit, coat with egg yolk to which you have added a little water and bake them for about 20 minutes.
