- Put the bun in a large pot and cover with water - stand overnight. Take out the bun and put it in a clay pot with a little water and bake for 1 hour at 150oC.
- Take out the bun cut into pieces. Slice and season the potatoes, put them in a pot and place the sliced buncek meat on the potatoes. Bake for another 40 minutes at 200oC.
Serve with a fine green salad and that’s it!
