Bulgur with prawns
Bulgur with fennel, zucchini and prawns…. light and tasty dish with few ingredients that give complete pleasure…
- Put the bulgur to boil and cook it in half.
- Saute finely chopped onion in olive oil, when it turns yellow, add crushed garlic and when it smells good, add fennel cut into noodles. Saute for 10 minutes on low heat. Add the zucchini cut into cubes and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add prawns, spices and cover with wine. Saute for 5 minutes and add the strained bulgur and sauté for 5 minutes. Add a little water as needed.
You can also put another combination of vegetables.
