Bulgur with Paprika and Meatballs
Mmmmm ... my best combination.
- First prepare everything for the meatballs: Combine all the ingredients, season to taste and shape into 22 smaller dumplings, setting them aside now.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the finely chopped onion, garlic as well, add the paprika cut into sticks, mashed tomatoes, add salt and let it simmer at a low temperature until the paprika is soft. Now add bulgur, parsley, season with vegeta, mix well, pour 300 ml of liquid and leave covered to cook.
- While the dish is cooking, stir occasionally, and pour in the remaining 300 ml of liquid. Fry meatballs in heated oil and serve with Bulgur and with salad as desired.
