Preparation steps

  • 2 kg peppers 2 kg tomatoes 10 onions 2 tablespoons salt 2 dcl vinegar 2 dcl oil 2 tablespoons sugar 1 kg cooked young beans
  • All vegetables are cut into cubes. Put the oil in the pot and put the onion on it and simmer for a while (the onion must not turn yellow but only glaze). Put the paprika tomatoes and all the spices and cook for about 30 minutes. After that, put young boiled beans (beans should not be 100 percent cooked but some 90 percent because they will be overcooked) and cook all together for another 15 minutes. Immediately fill jars and sterilize in the oven.
