Very simple and done quickly
- Chop the vegetables (to the size you want to eat in the salad)
- In a large bowl, boil the vinegar, oil, salt, sugar and pepper, then add the sliced vegetables and cook for 10 minutes, stirring.
- Now the vegetables have released their own juice
- Hot bottle and let cool (I refrigerate 24h wrapped in a blanket)
Serve like any salad, it goes well with everything.
