I discovered this divine dish this year, while I was on vacation in Greece! It can be served as a warm appetizer or as a main course .. I hope you enjoy it as much as I am part of the wonderful flavors of this complex ..

Preparation steps

  • Cut tomatoes, peppers, hot peppers and cheeses into slices.
  • In a clay or refractory bowl, which we previously greased with olive oil, arrange in the following order ... Tomato is placed on the bottom, feta cheese is put on it, then hot peppers, then gouda cheese, then paprika, then goat cheese and finally tomato again.
  • Season everything with a little chopped or dried parsley, oregano and finely chopped garlic.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, 15 minutes.

Serving

Serve with toasted bread and a glass of white wine !!
