- Heat the milk and add margarine or butter to melt it completely. Mix flour with yeast, add other ingredients and finally lukewarm milk with butter. Transfer it to a table, mix briefly, develop into a plate, cut into squares and put the desired jam on each. Arrange the buns in an oiled pan, or put baking paper. To coat, beat 1 egg and a little milk, then coat the dough before baking. The buns are baked for about 40 minutes.
