BUCKWHEAT FLAKES
This is one quick, tasty, and healthy dish. My recipe.
Preparation steps
- Grate the zucchini and add the chopped garlic and all the other ingredients. Mix well. Leave the mass for ten minutes for the buckwheat flakes to swell.
- Line the baking tray with baking paper, then form the buckets with a spoon. About six solid bundles of this quantity are obtained.
- Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 200 C.
