A creamy move that pleases both body and soul
- Separate the broccoli flowers and cut the stems into cubes. Finely chop the onion.
- Heat 7 dl of water. Put a tablespoon of olive oil and 50 g of butter in another bowl.
- Fry the finely chopped onion in the melted butter until it becomes glassy, then add the diced broccoli. Fry for a few minutes, then add the flowers and pour heated water. Add salt to taste.
- Cook until the broccoli softens. Remove from the heat and whisk with a stick mixer. Add 1 dl of cooking sour cream or 2 tablespoons of sour cream and mix well with a ladle or again with a stick mixer, lightly.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and pepper.
