Bolognese (this time with screws)
I often make bolognese sauce, larger quantities, so I freeze it. It always comes in handy.
- Fry the chopped bacon in oil, add the chopped onion, add the minced meat and stir to chop. Fry for a while, add mashed tomatoes, oatmeal and cook. Add spices. Drizzle with red wine (and water as needed) and cook.
- Cook the pasta separately (screws or spaghetti are best because the sauce fits perfectly for the dough), and mix. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
We love finely spiced dishes, but not all spices are required. And it can be eaten as an appetizer or as a main course, we don’t need anything more after this!
