Black forest cupcake
Cupcakes. It is made on the basis of a black forest cake, it is very fine, it looks nice, and it is not too heavy.
- First make self-rising flour (I made it according to Cocky's recipe, but I recalculated for the amount I need -
- Pour water and sugar into the pot and leave on low heat until the sugar dissolves. When the sugar has dissolved, turn up the heat and let half of the liquid evaporate. Set aside for 5 minutes and add the cherry. Spoon the syrup over the bottom of the muffins. Arrange the peeled cherries from the compote on the "soaked" parts of the muffins. Then place the top “lid” of the muffins on the cherries.
- Whip the sweet cream and garnish the muffins. Sprinkle the sweet cream with grated chocolate and place one whole cherry on top.
