Preparation steps

  • Put the cheese in a higher quality sickle that will not stick during preparation.
  • Melt the cheese over a moderate heat, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.
  • When the cheese melts and becomes liquid and without lumps, add corn and wheat flour and salt.
  • When you add flour, you need to constantly mix it with a wooden spoon in a circle (in one direction). The dish is ready when everything is combined and gets a rubbery shape.


Serve warm.
