Bavarian cream cake
This cake was made in an instant ... and disappeared in an instant ...
- Cream: Put the milk to boil. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar. When it boils, remove from the heat. Pour in the egg yolks (take some milk and mix in the egg yolks so that they do not coagulate when pouring in hot milk) add gelatin soaked in cold water and mix well.
- Lightly mix the whipped cream into the lukewarm cream.
- Spread butter on the cake mold. Coat the sides of the mold with biscuits and press a mixture of biscuits and butter into the bottom of the cake. Pour in the cream and leave to cool for a couple of hours.
