Preparation steps

  • Whisk the egg yolks and sugar until foamy. Add flour and baking powder, milk and oil. Mix everything well. Beat the egg whites with the lemon zest into a stiff batter. Add the snow to the mixture, but without mixing, gently stir with a wooden spoon. Pour one part into a mold like this and add a spoonful of cocoa to the other and pour in the middle of the mixture that is already in the mold.
  • When baked, shake out of the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
