Apricot / peach pie by Nigella Lawson
Fine and quick fruit pie, the simplest.
- Grease a 28cm cake tin and lightly flour. Wash, clean from spice apricots or peaches.Slice them into fetishes. Put cheese and sugar in a bowl and mix, add eggs, flour, baking powder, a little salt, lemon zest, vanilla sugar and milk. Mix briefly with a mixer. Transfer the dough to a greased baking tray. You can put all the dough in two ways and then arrange the fruit or simply oversleep 2/3 of the dough then put the fruit and cover it with the rest of the dough, I leave that to you. Mix vanilla sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and sprinkle with pie before baking. Bake at 180C / 30min.
Enjoy with a little whipped sweet cream.
