Acacia and elderberry juice

Preparation steps

  • Soak elderflower and agave flowers and 5 sliced lemons in 3 liters of water. Leave it overnight.
  • Strain and add 3 kg of sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Pour into bottles and store in a dark place. From this mixture I got 4.7 liters of syrup.

Serving

The kids are thrilled ... it's a little too sweet for me and I'll add a little lemon juice or more lemon next time.
