Preparation steps

  • put all the ingredients in a blender and mix. sea ​​and with a stick mixer :) -> instead of cow's milk you can use soy or rice. and sweeteners (at least to me) are not needed because the mixture of oatmeal, milk and banana is sweet enough! if someone still likes sweeter I recommend a teaspoon of honey. you can increase the amount of ingredients as you like, this is just how I prepare :))
