2in1: Chia pudding & smoothie
I am just one of those who enjoy chia pudding and all its modifications. I especially like this game of layered combining fruit and texture flavors in one glass. It does not leave indifferent the color of such a game, which, among other things, results in a healthy and filling breakfast, breakfast, brunch or dessert.
- Mix all the ingredients for the bottom layer in a blender or with a stick mixer. Arrange in glasses / jars and put in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
- The middle layer is chia pudding for which we mix the listed ingredients well and then gently place it on the first, lower, layer with a spoon. Now we store it in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours. I do this the night before so I get ready in the morning.
- We still have the final layer left, and that is a smoothie made of fresh blackberries and frozen raspberries. Mix the fruit with Greek yogurt, almond milk and honey into a smooth smoothie and gently spread over the chia pudding.
