100% Chocolate Cake

Preparation steps

  • Turn the oven to 150 ° C and let it heat up. Coat a 20cm mold with butter and sprinkle with cocoa.
  • Melt the chocolate in a steamer together with the butter. Remove from heat and stir (with a mixer or whisk) Stir in sugar, vanilla and eggs. Pour into the prepared mold and bake for about 30-40 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and leave for about 10 minutes to cool in the mold. Remove from the mold and cool on a wire rack. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
  • If you want to serve the cake hot with ice cream, you can put it in the microwave for a few seconds .. :)

Serving

You can also make this cake in smaller molds so that each is a portion for itself or as Muffins… I made the rules in molds for cream brulle .. And I served it with vanilla sauce and various fruits…
