Veal steak rolls in sauce

Preparation steps

  • Beat the veal steaks with a meat mallet.
  • Finely chop the bacon, peeled garlic and parsley and mix together.

  • Repeat the process with the remaining steaks and stuffing.
  • Roll the rolls prepared in this way in flour, then fry in oil on all sides.
  • Drizzle with a little water, add the beef stock and simmer over low heat.
  • Drizzle with water while simmering.
  • At the end of the stew, stir in the peeled tomatoes, sugar and capers and continue to simmer until the meat softens.
  • Add salt if necessary.
  • Remove the toothpicks from the rolls.

Serving

Serve cooked rice with veal steak rolls.
