Urmašice
one of my favorite desserts, but it's not my turn to make them .. here is my first version ... they say perfect..so there will be more; o))
Preparation steps
- Melt the butter and when it cools, beat the eggs and yoghurt well.
- when it is well stirred add flour and baking powder. put half a walnut in the middle and wrap. pass with urmašica over ribeža to remain ‘ribbed’. Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.
- heat the sugar and water until the sugar has melted and squeeze a little lemon juice. When the dates have cooled, pour in the topping and let them absorb the juice.
