Tuna roses
A quick recipe for the perfect salty puff pastry cookies with tuna.
Preparation steps
- Roll out the puff pastry to a thickness of approximately 3-4 mm. Separate the tuna in pieces from the oil, place in a separate bowl, mix with a little ketchup and mayonnaise and add finely chopped olives (maybe ground). Knead a thin puff pastry with the prepared mixture and roll it into a roll.
- Cut the roulade with a floured knife to a thickness of approx. 1 cm and place in an oiled pan (or on baking paper). Bake the roses for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Serving
Tuna roses can be made only with tuna, without the addition of mayonnaise, ketchup and olives. But with this combination they are tastier. Good apetite!
