Tuna risotto
Here is a delicious and quick recipe tailored to the student's pocket :)
Preparation steps
- Chop the onion, onion and parsley, then drain the tuna and chop it well
- Heat the oil in a shaky pan, and when it heats up, add the onion (be careful not to burn it). When the onion is near the end, add finely chopped garlic, and a minute later the tuna (in parallel, while cooking the tuna, put the rice to cook)
- after a short simmer on low heat (4-5) minutes, add the tomato that you previously diluted a little and stir on low heat to get a compact mass
- add parsley, salt and pepper as desired, then add hot pepper, and mix well
- stir in the cooked rice, stir a little more and that’s it
