Trahana
Bosnian specialty from my mother's sahara.
Preparation steps
- Prepare the ingredients. Finely chop / grind the chicken. Do the same with the tomatoes. I peel it before chopping.
- Fry the chicken in olive oil for a few minutes. Add finely chopped / minced tomatoes and saute for a few minutes. Add a little water and simmer for a few minutes. Add the rest of the water and the trachan. Cook for another 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and leave to stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
- Serve with a spoonful of cream and a slice of hot bread. Pleasant!
