Tomato corba with crumbs
This tomato corba was made for me by my grandmother whenever I was sick. Tomato is healthy for the stomach and cleansing the body of toxins she said every time. She made this corba sweeter than most, and put flour crumbs in it and cooked… if you don't happen to make the same, try it, it's great !!!
Preparation steps
- Pour the tomato, water and all the listed spices into a deeper pot.
- Just cross-cut the onion in half and put it in a bowl.
- Carrots and greens cut into sticks or leave at the same time and finally take out (this is for those who do not like)
- Cook half / covered until the vegetables are cooked. If necessary, add water and spices to taste.
- Knead flour, egg, a little salt with water so that the dough is very hard. So much so that it can be planed on the biggest holes in the grater.
- Grate the dough and put the obtained crumbs in a lightly boiling corba, continue cooking until the crumbs soften finely, which is not long!
- Leave the corba covered for about 10 minutes to rest and serve with some pastries of your choice or eat only corba without anything. I love her so much!
