Tobacco chicken
As much as there are tobacco greaves, so I gave this dish the name as in the title.
Preparation steps
- Whenever roasted chicken is consumed most often and most of the remaining white meat, which most consumers avoid due to its dryness. Cut this meat crosswise to a length of approximately 4-5 inches. Squeeze it into thin threads with a fork, which is not a problem because the meat is fibrous. Thus prepared, throw on the heated fat and fry until golden yellow, add salt and pepper as desired.
