Sweet and sour fruit salad dressing

Salad dressing with a sour aroma of orange and lime and a sweet addition of honey goes well with almost all salad combinations. If you wish, you can change its sharpness by adding alcohol in the form of tequila, vodka or brandy.

Preparation steps

  • Place the peeled garlic, freshly squeezed orange and lime juices, oil, tequila, honey, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Mix everything well in an electric chopper to make the mixture creamy.

Serving

You can serve this salad dressing with all types of salads because of its sweet and sour taste.

Advice

You can replace tequila with vodka or some better brandy.
