Sultan Yastık / sultan's pillows
Fine dough stuffed with rice / pilaf / as a sultan's pillow. Enjoy this unusual / ordinary dish.
Preparation steps
- Prepare the dough: Put milk / lukewarm / add sugar and yeast in a mixing bowl and mix by hand to dissolve the sugar, leave for a minute or two. - Put the pides in the oven at 200c / for about 20 minutes until they get a nice color, before that you coat them with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with black sesame seeds. Make kebabs by forming small balls of meat on a skewer, forming them into an oblong shape. Place the ovens on lightly oiled baking paper that you have placed on a sheet. Serving: Put a little yogurt with garlic, sliced roasted peppers and a couple of kebabs on the pide. Sprinkle with parsley.
