Squid Monica

I love grilled squid with a combination of boiled fries. Too good a combination.

Preparation steps

  • Arrange the squid on paper towels and pat them dry with paper. Finely chop the garlic and parsley and place in a small bowl. Pour olive oil over it and set aside. Peel the potatoes, cut into smaller cubes and bring to a boil. Cut the broccoli into smaller pieces and cook as well. When the potatoes are cooked, add the cooked broccoli, season with salt and pepper and pour over the olive oil. Heat a frying pan and put olive oil to heat. When the oil is heated put to fry the squid. When they are ready, season them with salt and pepper and serve. Put the prepared garlic and parsley sauce over the squid and over the potatoes and broccoli.
