Spicy tuna spread
English classic tuna-mayo in a slightly different way.
Preparation steps
- Drain the tuna well and chop. Add to bowl. Finely chop the peppers, parsley, chives and onions. You can also use chives dry. Add mayonnaise, ajvar, ketchup and pepper and mix well.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and serve cold on toasted or toast bread or bread, great with warm crispy bread.
