Special Rizi-Bizi

I needed something for a side dish, and the fridge was full of half-spent things ... A great combination of flavors! :)

Preparation steps

  • Saute peas in a little butter.
  • Add salt, pepper and add 2-3 tablespoons of tomato puree (mashed tomatoes)
  • Add about 1 dcL of cooking cream and nutmeg and stir for another 2 minutes.
  • Cook the rice al dente and add the peas!

Serving

It goes great with stewed chicken or veal!
