Preparation steps

  • Cook the spaghetti in salted water and drain.
  • Place the torn gorgonzola on the heated oil, heat and pour over the cream.
  • Cook the sauce over low heat, add Natur, pepper and finally pistachios.
  • Stir the cooked spaghetti into the sauce and stir gently.

Serving

Serve immediately warm, sprinkled with grated cheese and salad as desired.

Advice

Set a tablespoon of chopped pistachios aside and sprinkle with spaghetti before serving.
