Nice and healthy for snacking :)
Preparation steps
- Grind dried figs in a multipractice or meat grinder.
- Put the figs in a bowl, then add the fennel, herbs and almonds and knead.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and shape into cakes. Place the loaves on cake baking paper and dry in a preheated oven at 100 degrees for about half an hour on one side and half an hour on the other.
- When done, sprinkle the figs with rosemary and bay leaf and wrap them in baking paper.
- Cut into thin slices!
