Slavonian bread

You need to have stock, because winter is at the door. :-)

Preparation steps

  • 1. Knead the dough from flour, water and salt. The dough should be neither too hard nor too soft, so that it does not stick to your hands. 2. Shape the dough according to the baking tray. Flour the pan, or place on baking paper, and prick a couple of times with a fork. 3. Place the bread in the oven at 180 C and bake until golden brown.4. When it is baked, shake the cake lightly out of the pan and wrap it in a wet linen cloth and let it rise for a while.5. Cut the top crust and cut the middle into cubes.6. In a frying pan, fry a few pieces of bacon and sausage in oil, pour the oil over the bread. and put the sausage and bacon on top.
