Preparation steps

  • Prepare the filling by mixing the cream cheese,
  • sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, a little Parmesan.
  • Add chopped pickles, chopped red pepper and grated fortified eggs. (If you want eggs you can cut into rings
  • and arrange them on the ham).
  • I also added a little prosciutto to this mixture, which I chopped into pieces, to get a slightly more spicy taste.
  • Arrange feta toast next to each other on a serving plate. I fit three pieces of toast, because they were larger.
  • Coat them with the prepared stuffing. Arrange the ham on it, then the cheese leaves, then spread it again and then toast.
  • Repeat this until you have used up the spread, ham and cheese.
  • Coat the outside of the cake with the rest of the filling and decorate.

Serving

All ingredients can be changed or added as desired depending on your taste.
