Salty toast cake
Another tasty and good appetizer! Probably a variation on the theme of savory toast cakes, but let it….
Preparation steps
- Prepare the filling by mixing the cream cheese,
- sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, a little Parmesan.
- Add chopped pickles, chopped red pepper and grated fortified eggs. (If you want eggs you can cut into rings
- and arrange them on the ham).
- I also added a little prosciutto to this mixture, which I chopped into pieces, to get a slightly more spicy taste.
- Arrange feta toast next to each other on a serving plate. I fit three pieces of toast, because they were larger.
- Coat them with the prepared stuffing. Arrange the ham on it, then the cheese leaves, then spread it again and then toast.
- Repeat this until you have used up the spread, ham and cheese.
- Coat the outside of the cake with the rest of the filling and decorate.
Serving
All ingredients can be changed or added as desired depending on your taste.
