SALMON-Lax fillet with spinach
It's on our menu every week, we just adore it: D It may already have a similar recipe, but it won't hurt this one of mine;)
Preparation steps
- 1. First we put the noodles (pilaf) to cook for about 10 minutes (or as it says on the package, it depends on who they are). Before we start preparing the varnish, turn on the oven to heat it to 100 degrees.
- 2. While the noodles are cooking, prepare the salmon, season it with salt, a little pepper and a little vegeta, then fry it in medium-heated olive oil, on each side for 1: 50-2: 00 min. Then transfer it to a bowl lined with aluminum foil and place in the stove, without changing the temperature.
- 3. In the same pan where the laks were baked, fry the chopped garlic briefly and add fresh cleaned spinach (if you use frozen, first prepare it, before the start of cooking, according to the instructions and then add the garlic), season a little with vegeta. Fry briefly for 2-3min, then add the noodles, mix everything together well to combine. Pour over the cooking cream and mix again (if the cream is thick, dilute it with a little milk before adding the noodles).
Serving
* Serve the finished noodles in slightly larger deep plates and lax fillet over them.
