Roast pork ribs

Preparation steps

  • Rub the pork ribs with Natur for the pork and place on a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle with oil, add bay leaf, pine and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 35 minutes.
  • Remove the half-baked ribs and place the sliced ​​cabbage on the same fat.
  • Arrange the ribs on the cabbage, cover with about 100 ml of water and continue baking for another 30 minutes. Drizzle with a little more water if necessary.

Serving

Serve the roasted ribs with cabbage with cooked polenta.

Advice

Before cooking, rinse the cabbage under running cold water and drain well.
