Pinerlije are pastries with cheese that remind me of school days. Some bakeries have them even now, but .... I think these homemade ones are the most beautiful. I found the recipe on a slightly older flour wrapper, I made some small changes and I think they are now perfect. They are very soft and tasty, they are even tastier the next day - if something remains.
