Pancerote
I have had this simple recipe for a long time, according to which I make both salty and sweet pancetta.
Preparation steps
- Mix milk, yeast, sugar and two tablespoons of flour, and when it rises, add flour, oil, egg and salt, and knead the dough.
- Make noodles from the kneaded dough. Divide it into 9 pieces. Make balls out of them, and make pancakes 3-4 mm thick from the balls.
- Fill the pancakes with the chosen filling, fold them, and squeeze the ends with a pancetta mold or a fork.
- Fry briefly in oil on one side, then on the other.
Serving
Depending on whether they are sweet or salty, serve with yogurt, beer, white coffee ...
